1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Numlytix ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

Numlytix provides browser-based engineering and statistical analysis tools including:

Statistical Analysis — hypothesis tests, regression, DOE, SPC, capability analysis
Tolerance Stackup — worst-case, RSS, and Monte Carlo analysis
GD&T Reference — symbol library and feature control frame guide

The Platform is available under free and premium tiers. Guest access requires no account. Registered accounts unlock additional features.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at numlytix@outlook.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform
Circumvent any access controls or feature gating
Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity
Use automated bots or scripts to make requests to the API at excessive rates

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and statistical methodologies on the Platform are owned by Numlytix or its licensors. The underlying statistical algorithms are based on standard open-source libraries (scipy, numpy, statsmodels) under their respective licences.

You retain all rights to data you enter into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your worksheet data or analysis results.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Statistical results are generated using standard algorithms but should be independently verified for critical engineering or scientific decisions. Numlytix is not liable for engineering decisions made based on Platform output.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numlytix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or engineering errors.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update above.

9. Governing Law
